Over 20 years on homes and commercial premises, from single bathrooms to full new builds. Every job starts with a free visit, so you can meet us, talk it through and get an estimate before anything is agreed.

    We agree a start date and get on with it, backed by £5m public liability insurance and an FMB warranty if you want one.

How do I get a quote?

Call 07907 576754, ask the chat at the top of the page, or fill in the form at the bottom. We then arrange a free site visit, and the written estimate usually follows within one to two weeks.

Is the site visit and estimate free?

Yes. We come to you, look at the job, talk through your ideas and give you an estimate at no charge. We don't give prices without seeing the job, because every job is different.

Which areas do you cover?

Mainly Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Highcliffe, Ferndown, Wimborne, Verwood, Ringwood, New Milton, Lymington and the New Forest. Elsewhere in Dorset or Hampshire, ask anyway.

What kind of work do you do?

Single and two-storey extensions, loft and garage conversions, knock-throughs and steels, refurbishments, kitchens, bathrooms, brickwork, patios and garden walls, groundworks and driveways, new builds and commercial fit-outs. Building jobs of any size, but we don't do small repairs or odd jobs, fencing, or decorating on its own.

How long does an extension take?

A typical single-storey extension is usually around 8 weeks on site, depending on size and complexity. You'll get a realistic timescale with your estimate.

Do I need plans or drawings?

For extensions, loft conversions and similar work you'll need drawings and building regulations approval, which you arrange with your own architect or designer. You don't need them to get in touch: we can talk through what's needed at the site visit.

Do I need planning permission?

It depends on the job. We'll advise you at the site visit.

Are you insured?

Yes. We have £5 million public liability insurance.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. An FMB insurance-backed warranty is available. Simon can explain the details when he gets in touch.

Are you members of a trade body?

Yes. Sigra Projects is a member of the Federation of Master Builders. FMB members are vetted and have their work inspected on site.
